LINDSAY K. O'SHAUGHNESSY

Lindsay has been an associate with McDermott & McGee, LLP since 1997.  She devotes her practice to the defense of claims for personal injury protection benefits.  In this regard, she defends matters in both the Superior Court of New Jersey as well as in arbitration.  In the Superior Court of New Jersey, she has frequently defended cases through both trial and appeal.  She also has extensive experience with regard to the investigation and defense of suspected cases of fraud within the context of applications for personal injury protection benefits.
