Rich joined the firm in 1977. As counsel to the firm, Rich is able to accommodate the needs of diverse clients. He is requested to litigate a variety of cases including construction defect and personal injury suits, products liability, insurance fraud, premises liability, PIP and motor vehicle defense in both state and federal courts. He has extensive trial experience in multiple counties throughout Northern New Jersey. He has been counsel in published cases in New Jersey's Law and Appellate Divisions, as well the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Seton Hall School of Law, Rich is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

He has served in various periods as Chairman of the Products Liability Committee of the Essex County Bar Association, a Member of the Civil Practice Committee of the Union County Bar Association and a Barrister of the Richard J. Hughes Inn of Court. He has published a Note, When Circumstantial Proof Can Support an Inference that a Defect Existed in a Manufacturer's Hands; A New Jersey Dilemma,7Seton Hall L. Rev. 190 (1975).
